VOREA worked with the design team to formulate multiple solutions to correct an issue where previously improperly installed ceilings (by another contractor) were failing, and delaminating inside occupied condo apartment units. VOREA worked systematically through the building to install an Epoxy/Toggle anchor system with pencil rods to secure the ceilings in 48 apartments. The laminated ceilings were then skimmed coated with multiple layers to hide the countersunk washers and painted. Units were delivered spotless for tenants to return to.  VOREA performed this work under budget as well as adhered to a strict time schedule as to not inconvenience the unit owners.
