Adam Joly joined VOREA in 2013. His development transaction history has included the acquisition and repositioning of more than 225,000SF of commercial space across 12 buildings in Long Island City, NY inclusive of ground up and adaptive reuse projects. In addition, Adam has been involved in the acquisition and planning of multiple large scale, mixed-use residential development sites across Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx totaling more than 1.75M buildable SF. Adam serves as a Senior Development Manager for VOREA Development - focusing on strategic business opportunities which include development acquisitions, as well as private, public and end-user partnerships.

 

Adam is a Principal of Igloo - a platform which supports companies who are expanding, relocating or starting up in NYC markets. In addition to managing VOREA's growing commercial real estate portfolio, Igloo functions as a licensed real estate brokerage firm which, under Adam's leadership, has been involved in over 350,000SF of commercial lease transactions.
