Bobby Koulouris is a construction professional with nearly 20 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in New York. Bobby’s residential experience includes projects ranging from the new construction of single-family homes to a 25-story mixed-use project on Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn. His hotel/commercial experience includes the Hilton Garden Inn New York/West 35th Street, the Five-Star Chatwal Hotel in Times Square and the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich CT. In addition, Bobby has worked on various city agency projects for the DDC, SCA and DOE. Bobby’s experience is an excellent addition to the VOREA team and his skill set will contribute to VOREA’s continued success in project execution.
