Construction Management and Design Assist of 85,000 sq/ft retrofit of existing historic boat hanger building at the Brooklyn Navy Yard to Corporate Headquarters space for an international manufacturer of products and apparel for military and law enforcement agencies. Project includes installation of elevator, additional mezzanine platforms and bridge walkways, new offices, building mechanical systems, bathrooms, storefronts, and manufacturing and distribution facilities.
