John is a construction professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry, specifically focused in New York City and the Tri-state area. John oversees Pre-construction and Purchasing efforts for VOREA.

 

Prior to joining VOREA, John has operated in various roles across the industry including Construction Project Management, Pre-construction Manager, Owners Representative and Project Executive.  While at JDS Development he led construction in an on-site management role at 626 First Avenue (American Copper Buildings) among other ground up executions. John led pre-construction efforts, with L+M, on projects like Bronx Point (Bronx), 14 LeCount (Brooklyn) and 2-33 50th Ave (Long Island City).

John holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Architecture, with a focus in Real Estate Development from Woodbury University. With a background in architecture John is passionate about finding opportunities to build beautiful and functional buildings.
