Vorea delivered design-build services for this 56,000 SF, three-story mixed-use commercial development anchored by NYC’s first iFLY indoor skydiving facility and Vibe Fitness. The scope included engineering and erecting the complex steel superstructure that wraps the iFLY wind tunnel shell, while navigating exceptionally tight site logistics at the convergence of an active LIRR train yard to the rear, train tunnels running below the site, and the Queens-Midtown Tunnel entrance directly opposite the site.
