Diana Marí brings over 15 years of experience in accounting and financial management within the construction and real estate industries. As Construction Controller at Vorea Construction Group, she oversees the financial operations of the construction business, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and overall performance oversight. 

Diana provides a high-level financial perspective on construction operations, supporting leadership with insights that inform profitability, resource planning, and long-term decision-making. She also leads process and system improvements to enhance reporting, efficiency, and scalability across the organization. 

Prior to joining Vorea, Diana served as Corporate Controller at Storage Deluxe Management Co. and UOVO, where she held dual responsibility across both corporate and construction operations. In addition to overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across a large portfolio of entities, she also served as Construction Controller for the firm’s in-house construction company. In that capacity, she oversaw project accounting functions including requisitions, cost tracking, financial reporting, and overall construction financial operations, while managing teams responsible for day-to-day execution. 

Earlier in her career, Diana worked at Lend Lease, where she developed a strong foundation in construction accounting while supporting multiple large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects. Her experience included managing project costs, preparing client requisitions, monitoring accounts receivable, and analyzing financial performance against budget. 

Diana began her career in project and development accounting roles, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the full lifecycle of real estate and construction projects. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida International University.
