Sebastiaan Parys is a real estate development and construction management executive whose tenure as a principal has paralleled the company’s growth and expansion. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Sebastiaan leads the strategic and operational direction of the company, providing senior leadership and ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. He oversees the executive team responsible for project execution—including staffing, field operations, sequencing, and logistics—setting the strategic vision, standard operating procedures, and performance benchmarks that govern those departments, while collaborating closely with key stakeholders during pre-development on process implementation, cost control, and partner coordination. Sebastiaan defines the company’s mission, vision, and long-term direction, and is accountable for ensuring those objectives are met across every level of the organization. His experience spans the full spectrum of the industry, including ownership, property management, and construction, with specialization in residential apartments and commercial fit-outs. Having advanced from Project Manager to executive leadership, he brings a comprehensive understanding of how design, construction, and operations integrate to achieve successful outcomes, consistently driving results through disciplined execution. 

Notable projects under Sebastiaan’s leadership include 393 West End Avenue, the adaptive reuse and condominium conversion of a landmarked 1927 prewar building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side into 75 luxury residences within the West End-Collegiate Historic District; 212 West 93rd Street, a 70,000-square-foot, 14-story ground-up luxury condominium comprising 20 units, executed in conjunction with the complete renovation of a historic landmarked synagogue; and the Crye Precision Headquarters, an 87,000-square-foot adaptive reuse of a nationally landmarked 1902 shipbuilding factory at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, transformed into a consolidated design, manufacturing, and administrative facility for the leading military apparel and protective gear manufacturer. Sebastiaan is also well-versed in large-scale residential operations and capital improvements, having managed apartment and commercial renovations as well as major capital projects—including Hurricane Sandy recovery work—at Stuyvesant Town–Peter Cooper Village, one of the largest residential complexes in Manhattan.
